2019 Sanford & Benedict Pinot Noir

We began working with Sanford & Benedict Pinot Noir in 2015 and immediately fell in love. The block we source from was originally own-rooted Merlot, but has been switched to Pinot Noir. With healthy root-stock in place already, rather than start over the growers opted to graft the Pinot Noir onto the original Merlot root-stocks. 

This is our 3rd vintage working with this legendary site. Made with 15% stem inclusion and 15% new French oak. Rose petals, candied violets, and raspberry preserves are prevalent on both the nose and palate. We are thrilled with this release and look forward to watching it develop.
