Bar Le Côte

The sister restaurant to Bell's, BLC showcases the Central Coast's seafood with inspiration from modern European cuisine. Casual and social, this space is open Wednesday-Sunday for lunch, happy hour, and dinner. The safron buns are not to be missed.

 

 

 

A family-run, French-inspired bistro in the heart of Los Alamos. This MICHELIN-starred restaurant is open Thursday-Monday for both lunch and dinner. Reservations required for the evening, encouraged for lunch, so plan ahead and book through Tock.

 

 

Gather around the stone hearth of Los Alamos's original dinner spot. Organic pizza and produce, Flatbread offers a rotating menu each week that's inspired by the freshest offerings our local farmer's have to offer. Join them Thursday-Sunday, with lunch begining at noon on the weekends.

The Lucky Hen Larder

 

Another grab-and-go lunch staple for Team LF, we especially love their tri-tip and turkey sandos. When you need a cheese plate, charcuterie, or both, then stop in here! Order ahead for to-go or eat on-site in Santa Ynez, open Tuesday-Sunday.

 

 

Within the Fess Parker Inn is the cozy and chic Nella Restaurant, reigning from the same team behind S.Y. Kitchen. Its a local and tourist favorite alike, offering a wonderful place to meet for cocktails after a long day of wine tasting. Open daily from 11:30-10pm, you can enjoy the same menu from open till close. Dining ends at 8pm and features locally sourced ingredient prepared simply.

 

Norman Restaurant & Bar

Whether sitting indoor at the booths or poolside at the outdoor bar, this gem sits at the hilltop within Los Alamos's Hotel Skyview. Open daily for all the essentials, we love taking ourselves back in time at this retro gathering space turn rustic chic.

 

 

Nestled in an old greenhouse in the heart of Solvang is Peasant's Feast, a restaurant truly embracing the change of seasons and the wonderful produce that comes with it. Open Wednesday-Sunday with varied lunch and dinner hours! You can also visit their Deli & Arcade across the way (and not to be missed), open Thursday-Sunday from 11am-8pm.

 

 

 

A favorite for the wine list, as well as the food (of course) is Pico Restaurant, located within Los Alamos's original general store. Open Wednesday-Sunday for dinner, as well as brunch on the weekends, you'll enjoy the innovative menu that's inspired by sustainable practices.

 

 

 

The Brothers Restaurant has been a long-time staple of the Santa Ynez Valley. Featuring a classic steakhouse ambiance and menu, the bar is an especially special place to kick back and enjoy a martini before (and with) your meal. Open daily at 5pm, reservations are encouraged but not required.

 

 

 

Chef Nathan Pietso's family has been growing organic produce for decades and is most noteable for selling to Alice Water's resaurant, Chez Panisse. A likely place to find Team LF enjoying a cockail or two, the spaces cozy, home-feel is another aspect that keeps us coming back for more. Open Tuesday-Sunday for dinner.

 

 

 

The place for home-made pasta... although, we love it all. Fantastic cocktails, relaxed environment, and Italian meets Central Coast food. Its a favorite for many reasons. Dinner is open daily. Lunch is Friday-Sunday. Reservations highly encouraged for both. 

 

 

 

A five minute drive from our Los Olivos Tasting Room, this 15-room inn is cozy and intimate, making it the perfect getaway from the normal grind. Dining is available in-house, and the space also sits across from Bob's Wellbread, a breakfast and lunch go-to in the area.

 

 

A 19-room boutique hotel from Davey Boone himself. But rest assured, its chic! Aside from the pool, fitness center, and the modern Italian restaurant it houses, our favorite feature remains its accessability. The Inn is only a moments walk away from Liquid Farm and 40+ other tasting rooms, making it the perfect escape for a wine-fill weekend.

 

 

 

In the heart of Solvang sits The Landsby, a 51-room inn with stylish accommodations, including its wonderful restaurant and bar. The courtyard comes equipped with firepits to keep cozy during the cool evenings we enjoy here in the Santa Ynez Valley.

 

 

 

Nestled on two private acres, the Oak trees and rustic charm of this 18-guest room property make it a favorite for even locals to staycation. Lush gardens, firepits, and a heated 21 and over only pool welcome a relaxed atmosphere for any occasion. Our friends at the Skyview really know how to bring on good the good times. This roadside-motel turned boutique hotel boasts some serious charm. Hotel guests aged 21 and over enjoy access the the retro pool, accompanied by drinks and treats from restaurant, Norman. Tucked between Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez, this former stagecoach stop dates back to 1886 and continues to be a worthwhile stop, maintaining the same charm and welcoming atmosphere since its early days. Check out their schedule for live music, mostly happening on the weekends to go with their famous tri-tip sandwiches. We especially love getting drinks at the bar while (gladly) waiting for a table for lunch. Open Thursday-Monday.

 

 

 

Pull on up to the Santa Ynez Valley's favorite produce stand. Seasonal, certified organic, and picked fresh daily, we love getting inspired to cook by the Finley's! Honor stand system – so bring your cash.

 

 

 

It's a small farmer's market, but we love it all the same. Every Wednesday from 2:30-5:30pm in Solvang – bring your baskets and get ready to enjoy some local goodness at home (or at least, your home away from home).

 

 

 

A coffee shop dedicated to community and the planet, we love this walkable stop for it's delicious coffees, teas, treats, and committment to sustainability. The space was once a home and is now a place of gathering. Make a point to checkout the donated books section, as well as the gorgeous patio out back.

 

 

 

In case you didn't know, Los Olivos translates to "the olive trees" in Spanish. Our town was named after the nearby ranch that grew five-thousand plus of these trees, and we're grateful to still have plenty growing these quality fruits. Olive Hill Farm and Global Gardens are amongst our favorite producers – and they both do tastings!
