Golden Slope is our homage to the Cote d'Or ("Slope of Gold"). This region puts out some of the top Chardonnays in the world, year in and year out. Perhaps the only other region able to produce wines with that level of both power and finesse is the Sta. Rita Hills. As Goldilocks would say, this Chardonnay is "just right!"
 

**NEW RELEASE**

Clos Pepe continues to be one of the most recognizable names in the Sta. Rita Hills and we have had the fortune of being the lone producer to have access to their Chardonnay, which has been the backbone for all of our Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnays. Until now, we haven't released a single-vineyard bottling from this site. 50 cases produced.

Sourced from the Bien Nacido Vineyard in Santa Maria Valley. 10 months in neutral oak prior to bottling. 

Notes of tropical fruits and white flowers are prevalent in both the aroma and on the palate.

We began working with Spear Vineyards in 2015 and are blown away each year, as the vineyard continues to develop and mature.

Utilizing Pommard clone Pinot Noir, this is our earthiest single-vineyard offering.
